Using AuraRank
By accessing AuraRank, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide ratings that reflect your own genuine judgment. You must not manipulate rankings, automate abusive activity, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or attempt to discover private ratings or scores.
Accounts and submissions
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the accuracy of material you submit. You must have the right to provide submitted names, logos, descriptions, images, links, and other content. We may edit factual presentation, reject a submission, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, ranking integrity, or the service.
Free Launch and Launch Plus
Free Launch provides a standard AuraRank listing subject to editorial and eligibility review. Launch Plus is an optional paid profile-enhancement service. Its included features, price, and delivery terms will be shown before checkout. Payment enhances the presentation and owner-managed information on a listing; it never purchases a rating, AI-investigation outcome, Aura score, rank, ranking eligibility, or favourable treatment.
Orders and payments
Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. By placing an order, you authorize AuraRank and its payment processor to collect the amount shown. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and AuraRank acknowledges it. Paid services remain subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy published on this website.
Rankings and publications
Ratings may be updated or removed before future publications. Official publications are historical snapshots and are not recalculated when a current rating later changes. AuraRank may change its catalog, eligibility requirements, algorithms, and presentation as the product evolves.
Intellectual property
AuraRank’s software, design, branding, and original content belong to LinkinStreet Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. Names and marks of ranked entities belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation or any particular ranking outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LinkinStreet Solutions Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as AuraRank develops. Continued use after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
