Free Launch has no purchase price and therefore no payment to refund. A submission may be withdrawn before publication by contacting support.
Launch Plus cancellations
You may request cancellation and a full refund before work on the paid enhancement begins. Once review, editing, profile preparation, or another included service has begun, the order is not ordinarily refundable because the purchased work is already being performed.
When a refund may still apply
If AuraRank cannot deliver the purchased service, duplicates a charge, or materially fails to provide the features shown at checkout, contact us so we can correct the issue, complete delivery, or provide an appropriate full or partial refund. A ranking result, rating, Aura score, or investigation outcome is never a paid deliverable and disagreement with one is not grounds for a refund.
How to request cancellation or refund
Email support@aurarank.ai from the address used for the order and include the purchaser’s name, payment or order reference, launch name, and reason for the request.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days. The bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the credit.
