Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, AuraRank receives basic account information made available through authentication, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier. We also store your private ratings, saved Watchlist items, submissions, purchases, and the timestamps needed to operate your account.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate you, preserve your ratings and saved items, maintain category-specific Aura and ranking integrity, provide purchased services, process support requests, protect the service, and operate account features. Individual numerical ratings, Watchlist items, and exact Aura values are not displayed publicly.
Payments
Payments may be processed by Razorpay. AuraRank does not receive or store complete card, bank-account, or UPI credentials. Razorpay may collect and process payment and transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy. We retain order, invoice, payment-status, and service-delivery records as reasonably required for fulfilment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Public results
Official category ranks, rank movement, participation counts, and rank history may be published in aggregated form. Published results are immutable historical records and do not reveal an individual user’s rating or Watchlist.
Service providers and retention
AuraRank currently uses Google Firebase services for authentication, database storage, and hosting, and may use Razorpay for payment processing. We retain information while needed to provide the service, meet operational or legal requirements, and preserve published aggregate history. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may update or remove current ratings from My Ratings and remove saved items from My Watchlist. To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, contact us. Some information may be retained where required for security, payment records, legal compliance, or the integrity of already-published aggregate results.
